• Training is confirmed on acceptance of a written quote, upon which time the client will pay the service provider 50% of the cost prior to commencement of training.
• Any cancellation of learners on the day of training as per the initial quote will not be refunded. It will be the duty of the client to ensure the attendance of their personnel.
• Any additional or last minute attendees will be billed separately.
• It will be the duty of the client to advise the training provider in a week in advance of any cancellations, failure to do so will incur pro-rata cost of training.
• Request for training out of the Pietermaritzburg area will incur additional travel and accommodation cost.
